2. Services Provided

2.1 Satellite Analysis Services

Our satellite analysis services include:

• Flood risk assessment based on elevation data and historical patterns
• Development growth tracking using satellite imagery
• Infrastructure proximity analysis
• Amenity location mapping
• Environmental risk indicators

2.2 Land Verification Services

Our land verification services are conducted through official state GIS offices and include:

• Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) verification
• Government acquisition status checks
• Title search and ownership history
• Survey plan verification
• Excision and gazette verification
• Community dispute assessment

3. Service Limitations

3.1 Satellite Analysis Limitations

• Satellite imagery cannot determine land ownership or title status
• Analysis is based on available satellite data which may have cloud cover or resolution limitations
• Historical data availability varies by location and time period
• Flood risk assessments are estimates based on topography and historical patterns, not guarantees
• Development trends are based on visible changes in satellite imagery

3.2 Verification Service Limitations

• We act as intermediaries between clients and state GIS offices
• Verification timelines depend on state GIS office processing times
• Some records may not be available or may be incomplete at GIS offices
• We cannot guarantee specific outcomes from verification searches
• Additional fees may apply for complex searches or multiple locations

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information for property analysis and verification requests
• Use our services for lawful purposes only
• Not resell or redistribute our reports without proper licensing
• Conduct your own due diligence before making land purchase decisions
• Verify critical information with qualified professionals (lawyers, surveyors, etc.)
• Not hold Plotsmetrics liable for decisions made based solely on our reports

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Satellite Analysis Pricing

• Individual Buyer: ₦5,000 per report (one-time payment)
• Professional Agent: ₦25,000 per month (subscription)
• Enterprise: ₦150,000 per month (subscription)

5.2 Verification Service Pricing

Verification services are priced individually based on:

• Type of verification required
• Location (state GIS office fees vary)
• Complexity of search
• Number of parcels to verify

Estimated ranges are provided on our verification page. Final quotes will be sent within 24 hours of request submission.

5.3 Payment Methods

We accept:

• Paystack (card, bank transfer, USSD)
• Flutterwave (card, bank, mobile money)
• Direct bank transfer
• USSD payment codes

5.4 Refund Policy

• Satellite reports: No refunds after report is generated
• Subscriptions: Cancel anytime; no refunds for partial months
• Verification services: Refundable if search cannot be completed due to our error
• GIS office fees: Non-refundable as they are third-party charges

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

6.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is 100% accurate, complete, or current. Satellite data, GIS records, and other sources may contain errors or be outdated.

6.2 Not Professional Advice

Our reports are for informational purposes only and should not be considered:

• Legal advice (consult a lawyer)
• Survey reports (hire a licensed surveyor)
• Investment advice (consult a financial advisor)
• Engineering assessments (hire a structural engineer)

6.3 Limitation of Liability

Plotsmetrics shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses from land purchases or investments
• Errors in third-party data (GIS offices, satellite providers, etc.)
• Delays in verification services due to GIS office processing times
• Decisions made based solely on our reports without independent verification
• Omo Onile disputes, land grabbing, or community conflicts
• Changes in government policies or land acquisition after report generation

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Data Privacy

We collect and process personal information in accordance with Nigerian data protection laws. Your information is used solely for:

• Providing requested services
• Processing payments
• Communicating about your requests
• Improving our services

8. Intellectual Property

All reports, analysis, software, and content provided by Plotsmetrics are our intellectual property. You may:

• Use reports for personal or business decision-making
• Share reports with clients (Professional and Enterprise plans only)
• Print or save reports for your records

You may NOT:

• Resell or redistribute reports without authorization
• Remove Plotsmetrics branding (unless white-label plan)
• Reverse engineer our software or algorithms
• Use our data to create competing services

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• You use services for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Payment is not received for subscription services
• You abuse or misuse our platform

You may cancel subscriptions at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
