2.3 Land Verification

Note: Land verification services are informational tools. We do not provide legal title opinions or guarantee land ownership status.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
• Keeping your contact information up to date

4. Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and limits. By subscribing, you agree to:

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information (including satellite imagery, map data, or third-party data) is 100% accurate, complete, or current.

7.2 Not Professional Advice

Our platform is for informational and organizational purposes only. It should not be considered:

• Legal advice (consult a qualified lawyer)
• Survey reports (hire a licensed surveyor)
• Investment advice (consult a financial advisor)

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plotsmetrics shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses from land purchases or investments
• Errors in third-party data (satellite providers, mapping services, etc.)
• Decisions made based solely on platform information without independent verification
• Land disputes, title issues, or government acquisition

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Privacy

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

13. Force Majeure

Plotsmetrics shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, natural disasters, internet service provider failures, power outages, or other force majeure events.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Plotsmetrics regarding our services. They supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral.
